Strike Security
Labor strikes are a costly event for all involved. Our goal is to mitigate those losses for our clients. Officer Off Duty recognizes the delicate nature of interacting with striking parties, and we aim to deescalate emergency situations while protecting union officials, management negotiators and all other personnel.
Our off-duty officers understand their role and how to prevent lawsuits or avoid violating guidelines set by the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB). We recognize the emotionally-charged nature of these events, and are accustomed to coping and maintaining professionalism in these environments.
